A way of learning, living, and growing together
At Jhamtse Gatsal, sustainability is not simply a program. Children take part in eco-stewardship through crop rotation, vermicomposting, hydroponics, waste segregation, upcycling, district-level plastic recycling, eco-friendly construction using indigenous knowledge, renewable energy, rainwater harvesting, water recycling, and preservation of native seeds. Through daily action, they learn to nourish the soil, grow food, conserve energy, preserve seeds, and give back to Mother Earth.
AQUA PEARLS Foundation
